80 is far too old to be dealing with hot flashes. It just seems unfair at that age :/

Undergoing a menopausal period is not a joke. I’ve witnessed my mother going to her doctor everytime she feels something and then she just goes home un-diagnosed. Because she is not sick, she’s just in her menopausal period. I think it’s a very difficult moment in a woman’s life. I just hope when it’s my time to undergo it, I’ll ride on with it and just feel healthy.

I have reached that age where I needed to have hormone levels taken. HRT was advised. I opted to use naturals from a company (check the website associated with my name). I feel great and feel very balanced now. Life is great!
